Booking Your First Closing Service

Booking your Pool Closing:

In the first drop-down menu, select FULL CLOSING.
When asked, “What type of cover do you have?” select I need a cover. Your Deluxe winter cover (included in your original Pool Town contract) will be delivered and installed at closing.
Choose Closing chemicals ($45) when prompted.
For “Is this your first closing on a new pool?” select Yes.

Under Additional Items, check Deliver and install a new set of plugs and gizmos. These are needed to winterize the pool. They will last for years, but replacements may be needed in the future.
You may also purchase a manual cover pump. This is strongly recommended to remove rainwater and snowmelt from your tarp cover over the winter. Select Deliver and install new cover pump. If you choose this option, please have a garden hose and extension cord ready, as they are not included with the pump. Our technicians will set it up for you.

It is the homeowner’s responsibility to keep the cover maintained: clear off leaves and debris, and pump away standing water regularly.
On the checkout page, in the Additional Information box, type:
“Closing scheduled [insert date], per Paul.”
Per the mason’s recommendation, you must wait at least 30 days before covering the pool with a vinyl tarp or safety cover to allow the concrete to fully cure. This is why we scheduled your closing for [day, date].
